CutOUT was a monographic exhibition, curated design and produced for Manuelle Gautrand Architecte.  Focusing on the origami pleating and strong graphic approach of the architect, we created a 10 mt long “3D origami space” of honeycomb-cardboard, perforated with changing motifs from facades of Manuelle Gautrand’s projects, creating games of shadows and reflections. Digitally designed and fabricated, it combined large size laser cutting of the elements with 5 axis CNC milling, with optimization algorithms by scripting, to form a self supportive complex structure.
